war situation, and fought their way to Tunis, thence over to Italy; and also to land on France in 1943/44 so as to drive into Germany for the final triumphs.

Thus it is perfectly clear that without my well- mediated plans and recommendations, the essential victories of these two World Wars could not be gained in succession, and the valuable services which I have rendered for Your Country and that of the Allies can be now considered far beyond the measures and abilities that any other persons could have ever done in the history of this world, not to mention my time and money spent towards the early terminations of such world conflicts.

As it shall always be my duty to contribute what- ever means possible to attain my aim, with your full cooperation of upholding peace and humanity in this world, I sincerely hope that I have sufficiently expressed the particular points of interest for your consideration and verification in future.

Other important details will be written in a book of memoirs as soon as I have retired from my present occupation; and for the truth of the above facts, I hereby give my oath in testimony.
